Why do I have a charge from "ONE SPHERE ARRAY INC"

You've likely subscribed or purchased something through one of our projects. One Sphere Array bundle several projects together under a single umbrella. This allows us to operate more efficiently, saving on administrative costs and provides a clear structure for each project within the group.

How do payments renew?

Most projects renew monthly or yearly as selected at checkout. You can always cancel through the app's billing link, contact the app's email, or contact us directly.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB), UnionPay, Interac PayPal, and Cash App Pay.

How do I update my payment information?

If you need to switch payment types (for example, switch from PayPal to Card), you'll have to cancel and resubscribe. Changing your card details on file can be done and is applied the next billing cycle.

What is your refund policy?

We are fully committed to providing refunds if you are dissatisfied with your purchase. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. Please be aware that certain local taxes or fees that we cover, as well as fees associated with external payment methods, may be non-refundable. Additionally, refunds may not be issued if your subscription has been active for more than 14 days, but you may still reach out for a refund.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the app's billing page, through your payment provider, or by contacting the app or us. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing period. If you've acccidentally renewed an annual plan, contact us immediately and we'll process a refund.

Do you offer discounts for annual plans?

Yes, yearly billing can save you up to $40 on some plans. Occasionally, we may provide promotions on yearly prices. These promotions are lifetime and will be applied to your account on all upcoming billing cycles unless cancelled.

How is card data processed?

External payment methods (e.g., PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay) are managed and verified by the respective service providers. When making a payment by card, your payment information is tokenized, and we do not retain it on our servers. Transactions are processed through Square. Upon completion of the transaction, you will receive an email receipt confirming your invoice paid, and invoices can be downloaded from the billing portal.
